We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Here’s how our return policy works:
Return window: You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Custom items: Personalized or custom products can’t be returned.
Return condition: Items should be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless we made a mistake).
Damaged or defective items: If something arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know and we’ll help with a replacement or refund.
